How to cook oyster sauce greens

Green vegetables with oyster sauce is a very common home-cooked dish. After a busy work day, you can go home and have a dish like this to relax yourself. This dish has high nutritional value, is healthy and nutritious, and is suitable for people of different ages. Moreover, the color of this dish makes it look very appetizing.

1. Prepare the ingredients: remove the roots of the green vegetables, tear them apart and wash them, chop the garlic and chili

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil, sprinkle in appropriate amount of salt and oil

3. Add the green vegetables and drain them until they change color.

4. Remove and set aside

5. Heat oil in another pan and add minced garlic and chili until fragrant

6. Pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce, chicken essence and light soy sauce

7. Stir fry evenly

8. Pour in the drained greens and stir-fry until they are coated with the soup.

9. Turn off the heat, serve and start eating
