How to make pork wontons

1. Prepare wonton wrappers. I bought 5 yuan worth of wonton wrappers, which is about 100.

2. Prepare the green onions and wash the cabbage.

3. Blanch the cabbage in boiling water, rinse with cold water and squeeze out the water

4. Add cooking wine, pepper powder, soy sauce, salt and minced ginger to the meat filling and chop it well.

6. Chop the Chinese cabbage

7. Add water to the meat filling and stir in one direction.

8. Add cooked peanut oil, sesame oil, chopped green onion and chopped cabbage

9. Stir well

10. Put the meat filling into a corner of the wonton wrapper

11. Fold one corner upwards

12. Fold it again and wrap it up, pinching both sides of the meat filling tightly.

13. Use the chopsticks holding the meat filling to rub it on one side so that it can better stick to the two corners.

14. Fold the two corners in half and pinch them. The meat filling on the chopsticks will easily stick together.

15. After wrapping, pinch the two sides directly or pinch them in reverse and crosswise directions. Both methods are acceptable.

16. If you can’t finish it at one time, you can freeze it in the refrigerator

17. Boil the wontons in boiling water for three minutes. When it is cooked, add coriander, dried shrimps and seaweed. The hot wontons are ready to eat with the soup.

18. My secret wonton dipping sauce: minced garlic, sesame pepper powder, pepper powder, sugar, chili powder, sesame seeds, put them in a bowl, heat up some Sichuan peppercorns in a pan, pour in soy sauce, vinegar, steamed fish sauce, chopped coriander and serve
