5. Roll up the dough, press it flat along the long side with a rolling pin, and then roll it into an oval shape. Repeat this 3 to 5 times. Roll the dough into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes.

6. Flatten the relaxed dough with a rolling pin, then roll it into a round shape that is not too thin. Wrap in appropriate amount of beans and olive filling. Be sure to pinch the edges of the wrapped biscuits tightly. With the seam facing downward, press lightly with your palm to flatten it.

7. Fry the pastry in a pan until both sides are golden brown.
