How to make cumin wontons

Winter is coming, and cumin wontons are very suitable for this season. They are extremely nutritious and healthy. Fresh ingredients must be prepared, and the production process is very simple and easy to operate. However, the amount of ingredients must be controlled, not too much or too little. 1. Use a meat grinder to mince pork, cabbage, green onions and other ingredients. If you don't have one, you can chop them with a knife.

2. Start making wontons. You can make them in different shapes.

3. Mix the meat filling. You can add other seasonings you like, or add egg white to tenderize the meat. This step is more casual. Marinate for another 30 minutes to make it fully flavored.

4. Put it into boiling water and cook for about 30 seconds, then quickly remove it and sprinkle with chopped green onions, otherwise the wontons will fall apart. Because the wonton skin is thin, this step must be controlled well, otherwise it will not look good O(∩_∩)O

It’s nice to go to a restaurant occasionally to change your taste, but it’s best not to go there too often. Cumin wontons are simple to make, so it doesn’t matter if you’re not a good cook.
