How to make Northeastern vegetarian stew

If nothing unexpected happens, they basically order this soup. Because the ingredients it uses are relatively healthy, the taste is also very popular, and the price is also cheap, it is a soup with a high order rate in restaurants. So, what is the recipe for vegetarian stew in Northeast China? Let’s take a look below.

Prepare all the food in advance, including potatoes, carrots, eggs, black fungus, onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, and MSG. Clean all the food that is about to be cleaned and set aside.

Specific method:

1. Grate potatoes and carrots into shreds, prepare eggs, cut green onions into flowers, stir-fry lamb liver with green onions and ginger, and slice tomatoes.

2. Bring the pot to a boil, pour in a lot of vegetable oil, heat it to 70% hot, add shredded potatoes and radish strips, when the shredded potatoes turn orange-yellow, remove them from the oil, and place them on a plate for later use.

3. Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, pour in the tomatoes and black fungus, and pour in clean water after the tomatoes have bright red juice

4. When the water is boiled to 80-90%, add salt, sugar (optional, but use less), MSG or chicken stock, pour in cornstarch, and pour in the shredded potatoes and radish strips.

5. Wait for the water to boil again, and pour in the egg liquid in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Cover with a large lid and simmer for 3 minutes.

6. Bring to a boil and sprinkle in coriander.

Another very simple method is to peel the potatoes and shred them with a grater. Fry in a pan until golden brown and remove from the pan. Add water to the pan and bring to a boil after the coriander is fried. Add a small amount of salt and broccoli. After boiling, add shredded potatoes and an egg. Add a small amount of sesame oil when boiling and you can eat it after it is out of the pan.
