How to make dumplings with coriander, mushroom and pork filling

The method of making dumplings stuffed with coriander, mushrooms and pork is very simple. The ingredients needed are very common. It is a very delicious home-cooked dish. You can make mouth-watering dishes without complicated processes. The food has high nutritional value and is suitable for people of all ages. You just need to pay attention to the heat when cooking.

2. Wash the ingredients and set aside

3. Wash the chives and drain the water for later use

4. Chop the meat into paste and chop the green onions into fine pieces for later use.

5. Chop mushrooms, chopped green onions and ginger into small pieces for later use

Stir the stuffing: Take a large bowl, put in the minced pork, minced mushrooms, minced shallots, minced ginger, add appropriate amount of cornstarch, salt, oyster sauce, corn oil, sesame oil, light soy sauce, sugar, mix well (you can add a little more light soy sauce to enhance the flavor and color)

7. Use chopsticks to stir in one direction.

8. Finally, add the chopped coriander and mix well (if the chopsticks are not easy to stir, you can wash your hands and pinch them)

9. Add a small amount of salt to the flour. I added about 5 grams. Then add appropriate amount of warm water and stir until it becomes flocs. The water temperature is 30℃.

10. Knead thoroughly, knead into a smooth dough and set aside for 30 minutes. Knead the dough twice during this period and once every 15 minutes.

11. Roll the sugar-coated dough into round strips

12. Use a knife to cut into pieces of the same size and flatten them.

13. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dumpling wrappers into even thickness.

14. Take a piece of dumpling skin and put appropriate amount of stuffing in the middle.

15. Fold the dumpling wrapper in half on the right side and pinch it tightly with your right thumb and index finger.

16. Use your left thumb and index finger to push the dumpling wrapper in front to make wrinkles. Use your right index finger and thumb to pinch the wrinkles tightly. Keep folding like this.

17. Keep folding the folds until the whole dumpling is folded. The folds should be even to look good.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, bring it to a boil, add a little salt to prevent the pot from sticking, then put the dumplings in, cook for two minutes without covering the pot, then pour a little cold water in, cover the pot and cook for another three minutes. When the dumplings float up and the dumpling skin is round and bulging, they are cooked.
