How to make Jade Wonton

1. Wash and shred the cucumber, add a little salt and let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Squeeze the blanched spinach into juice and pour it into the flour in batches and stir.

3. Knead into a smooth and slightly hard dough and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for later use.

4. Shell the shrimp and use a knife to cut the shrimp meat from the back to remove the shrimp thread.

5. Chop into shrimp paste; scrape the chicken breast meat and chop into meat paste.

6. Mix the shrimp paste and chicken paste, add salt, onion, ginger water, and salad oil, and stir in the same direction until it is strong.

7. Squeeze the cucumber shreds dry and cut into small pieces. Put them into the same large bowl with the meat paste and set aside.

8. Take out the dough, roll it into thin slices and sprinkle with flour.

9. Roll the dough onto a rolling pin and use a knife to cut a vertical cut on the rolling pin.

10. Cut into rectangular pieces of equal size.

11. Add salt and a little sesame oil to the filling according to your taste and mix well.

12. Take a wonton wrapper and wrap the filling into it to make it into a gold ingot shape.

13. Make several wonton doughs.

14. Heat a pot, add a little water and pork bone soup and bring to a boil.

15. Add the wonton dough and cook until done, then serve in a bowl.

16. Add egg skin shreds and seaweed, and ladle in the hot wonton soup.
