How to make steamed cake (home-cooked)

You just need to put in a little effort and spend some time.

1. Prepare all the materials. I use warm water.

2. First, add yeast and sugar into warm water, stir evenly and set aside to ferment. Then beat the eggs, pour the water with yeast into the egg bowl and stir evenly.

3. Slowly pour it into the bowl of flour and stir constantly. It is best not to pour it all at once. Add it slowly and stir evenly.

4. Pour the batter into a larger container for "quiet fermentation" (mine is a bit watery, and there is warm water in my pot, so it's faster)

5. After it has doubled in size, steam it for about 20 to 30 minutes. Don't open the lid immediately after turning off the heat. Let it stay in there for 3 to 5 minutes before removing the lid.

6. You can also sprinkle your favorite raisins or something on the noodles. "It depends on your preference. "I don't have anything at home, so this is the only way."

Cooking is not an easy task, but the method of making steamed cake (home-cooked) is very simple. As long as you spend a little time and effort, you can enjoy delicious food.
