How to make wild chive and egg dumplings

1. Ordinary flour

4. Chop the dried wild chives into small pieces and put them into a container. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well.

5. Set aside the eggs and small shrimps

7. Heat the pot until it is about 50% to 60% hot.

10. Clean the small shrimps and put them into step 4, then into step 9, add five-spice powder, salt, chicken powder, sesame oil and mix well.

11. Mix the dumpling filling and set aside

12. Put the dough on the chopping board and knead it until smooth

13. Roll into even long strips

14. Cut into small pieces of uniform size

15. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a uniform thickness.

16. Make dumplings according to your favorite shapes

18. Bring water to a boil, add the dumplings and cook over high heat for five minutes.

19. The delicious dumplings are out of the pot
