How to steam skinned fish with black bean sauce

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of steaming skinned fish with black bean sauce.

1. After the fish is processed, marinate it with a little salt and thirteen spices for about half an hour.

2.Then use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture from the marinated fish and place it on a plate for later use.

3. Prepare the ingredients for black bean sauce and crush the black beans, garlic and ginger.

4.Spread the black bean sauce ingredients on the skinned fish on the plate.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Then put the plate in, cover the pot and steam over high heat.

6. Steam for about eight minutes, then turn off the heat. Continue to simmer for a few minutes before opening the lid.

7. Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of olive oil, light soy sauce and sugar, bring to a boil and pour over the steamed fish.

8. Sprinkle with a little pepper and serve.
