Whether you are healthy or sick, diet can be said to be very important. A reasonable diet can promote health, and diet therapy can also help treat diseases. Steamed dumplings are very simple to make, and can also help regulate the body and promote health.

1. Prepare ingredients: pork belly, green onions, and dumpling wrappers.

2. Chop the pork belly, chop the green onion and mix them together.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices and sesame oil to season.

4. Stir everything evenly.

5. Put appropriate amount of meat filling on the dumpling skin.

6. Fold the dumpling wrapper in half, pinch the middle tightly, and then fold it one by one, layer by layer.

7. Wrap all the dumplings and set aside.

8. Pour cold water into the pot and place the dumplings on the steaming cloth to prevent them from sticking.

9. Steam for 15 minutes after boiling water. After turning off the heat, wait for 5 minutes before opening the lid.

10. The steamed dumplings have thin skin and plenty of meat, and are super delicious to eat.

It’s nice to go to a restaurant occasionally to change your taste, but it’s best not to go there too often. Steamed dumplings are simple to make, so it doesn’t matter if you’re not a good cook.
