How to make scallion savory steamed buns

Learning to cook some common home-cooked dishes and cooking at home can bring warmth to your family. Even if we are busy, we'd better cook at home often. We can make some simpler dishes. The method of making salty scallion buns is relatively simple. Even if you are not a good cook, you don't have to worry about not being able to learn it.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Chop the green onions and set aside

3. Put chives in a bowl and add an egg and mix well with a whisk.

4. Add sugar, salt and cooking oil and stir

5. Sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda

6. Mix and stir until there is no dry flour.

7. Divide the dough into small balls of 30g each and flatten them.

8. Brush oil on the bottom of the plate and then brush another layer of oil on the surface.

9. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
