How to make kohlrabi oil buns

Dinner has always been an important meal of the day for Chinese people. After a busy day, going home to enjoy delicious food in the evening is the motivation for a busy day. Kohlrabi oil-fried buns are easy to make and do not take up too much time. They are nutritionally balanced and meet the taste requirements of the general public.

1. Let the dough rise in advance

2. Chop the youzila into small pieces with a knife, but not too finely.

3. Kohlrabi, break off the leaves and wash them

4. Cut into pieces of your favorite size

5. Put it in boiling water and take it out immediately

6. Squeeze out the water and put it in the basin

7. Add various seasonings and mix well

8. The dough has risen

9. Divide into small pieces of about 50g each

10. Knead into leather

11. Add stuffing and wrap into buns

12. Wrapped buns

13. Pour cold water into the pot, put the buns into the steamer, and let them rise for 10 minutes.

14. Steam with cold water for 20 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the heat. Do not lift the lid immediately. Wait for 5 to 8 minutes.

15. The steamed buns are out of the pot
