5. Then knead the dough into long strips, cut into small pieces, flatten them, and roll them into bun skins. After wrapping, put them into the steamer, cover the pot and let it stand for 20 minutes for secondary fermentation.

6. After the second fermentation, heat cold water in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then steam over medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, and do not open the lid immediately. Let it sit for seven or eight minutes before opening the lid. The fragrant, white and plump buns are ready and can be eaten.
