How to make pumpkin noodle buns

A good diet is directly related to our health. It is easy to eat out, but health is not guaranteed. Therefore, even if we have limited time, we might as well make some simple dishes at home. 1. Put the flour, yeast and pre-steamed pumpkin puree into a bowl and stir with chopsticks.

2. Add a small amount of warm water and mix into dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 2 hours

3. After the dough has risen, use your fingertips to dig into the dough and knead it evenly with edible alkaline water.

4. Add appropriate amount of dry flour and knead into a dough, set aside for 10 minutes

5. Use the resting time to prepare the fillings

6. Put 2 teaspoons of cooking oil in the pan, fry the eggs first when the oil is hot.

7. Add the shrimp balls and stir-fry for one minute and turn off the heat.

8. Put it into a bowl, add minced ginger, crushed pepper and chicken sauce and mix well

9. Add chopped chives, mix well, add a little salt and sesame oil

10. After the dough is relaxed, pinch out small pieces and squeeze

11. Use a rolling pin to unwrap the dough and add the fillings.

13. Knead all into buns and let them rest for 5 minutes

14. After preheating the pan on low heat, put the buns in it, cover and bake for 5 minutes, add a small amount of water and cover and simmer for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for 2 minutes before opening the lid.

15. Use a clip to pick it out and put it on the steamer.

16. Let it cool down a bit before eating. Have a bowl of porridge with it. It is a good lunch.
