How to make pork, celery and mushroom buns

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, the recipe of pork, celery and mushroom buns is very simple. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

1. Make the filling, mince the pork

2. Knead the dough. Add baking powder and yeast to the flour.

3. Chop the celery and mushrooms, mix them together, add salt, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, and mix well.

4. Cut into small pieces

5. Knead the dough and ferment for 2 hours

6. Roll the dough into a round shape with a rolling pin. Don’t make it too thin, as it is for making buns, not dumplings.

7. Then start wrapping. Put a proper amount of stuffing into the skin. Don't let it overflow, otherwise it will be difficult to wrap.

8. Wrap all the buns

9. Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes.
