How to make glutinous rice candy osmanthus cake

8. Add the beaten pumpkin puree to 130 grams of glutinous rice flour, and add the beaten milk and purple sweet potato puree to 100 grams of glutinous rice flour.

9. Knead them into a harder dough.

10. Brush oil on the mold.

11. Take a piece of purple sweet potato dough and roll it into a ball.

12. Place in the mold and fill and compact.

13. Then remove the film, and the clear pattern of the purple sweet potato cake will appear.

14. Press the purple sweet potato dough into purple sweet potato cakes.

15. Use the same method to press the pumpkin dough into pumpkin cake.

16. Put the purple sweet potato cake into the steamer and steam it for fifteen minutes. I can’t steam it in one pot, so I steam it separately.

17. Put the pumpkin cake into the steamer and steam it for twelve to fifteen minutes (control the time and steam it until cooked).

18. After the cake is steamed, immediately drizzle it with sugar osmanthus honey and eat it while hot. It is delicious.

19. In order to make the picture look good, I squeezed osmanthus honey on the middle piece of cake and garnished it with mint leaves. It’s beautiful.
