4. Divide the two doughs into 20 equal parts, knead them into small balls, and let them rest for 25 minutes. Then flatten the water-oil dough, wrap it in the butter dough, pinch the opening tightly and place it facing downwards. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

5. Then roll it up from bottom to top, repeat it once and it will become as shown in the picture. Let it rest for 25 minutes.

6. Then pinch the two ends of the roll together and arrange it into the shape of the picture. I forgot to take a picture when I was pinching it, sorry. Let it sit for 25 minutes.

7. Flatten the small dough, roll it two or three times with a rolling pin, wrap it with sugar, pinch the opening tightly as you would with dumplings, and place it with the closed edge facing downwards.

8. This is all the wrapped dough. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

9. Line the baking tray with baking paper, roll the sugar-wrapped dough into 0.2 cm round cakes, place them on the baking tray, brush with egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

10. Place it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Out of the oven!
