How to cook tomato stewed pork ribs (potato version)

Although you don't have to wash vegetables, cook, or wash dishes when eating out, the food in restaurants outside is not necessarily sourced from regular sources and sometimes you might eat something wrong. For the sake of your health, it is better to cook at home. The recipe for stewed pork ribs with tomatoes (potato version) is easy and you can master it with a little thought.

1. Wash the ribs and put them into a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for two minutes, then remove and drain.

2. Wash and peel the tomatoes, slice them; peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into dice, and soak them in cold water.

3. Cut the onion, ginger and garlic into the pattern

4. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, add sugar when the oil is 50% hot, and stir-fry the sugar color over low heat.

5. Fry the sugar until it changes color and has foam but no smoke.

6. Add the drained ribs and stir fry

7. Coat each piece of ribs with sugar color. When there is no moisture left, pour white wine on the side of the pot to remove the fishy smell.

8. Add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and stir fry evenly.

9. Move the ribs to the side of the pot and put tomatoes in the middle.

10. After the tomatoes are fried and the juice comes out, add two spoons of soybean paste and stir fry evenly.

11. Add dark soy sauce for coloring and stir fry evenly

12. Add a bowl of boiling water

13. The water should cover the ribs

14. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. You can easily pierce the meat on the ribs with chopsticks.

15. Add potatoes

16. Stew for another five or six minutes. When the potatoes are cooked, add salt to taste.

17. Stir-fry evenly, remove from the pan, serve, and sprinkle with a little coriander
