16. Spread crispy crumbs all over the dough (or almond slices or almond crumbs for decoration)

18. Place the dough and the mold in a warm place for fermentation. The fermentation temperature is 37-38 degrees and the humidity is 85%.

19. When the dough has doubled in size, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

20. Bake the fermented dough for about 15 minutes. Turn the baking tray over after 10 minutes.
