How to make chicken with green pepper and tofu

1. Wash the chicken and chop it into small pieces the size of dominoes.

Stir well to allow the chicken to be seasoned in advance. Marinate for about 30 minutes

11. Mix a spoonful of salt and a star anise evenly with a spatula, turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes

13. Stir fry for a few times, using the heat from the pan until cooked.

14. Add half a spoon of MSG, stir fry, and serve.
