7. Use a paper towel to absorb the oil in the pan where the sea bass was fried (this step is not necessary) and then pour the oil directly on the fish or use another pan to heat the oil.

8. Pour cooking oil into a hot pan, add garlic, ginger and chili and sauté over medium heat. (If you are afraid of burning, you can use medium or low heat)

9. Add onion and stir-fry.

10. Add King Oyster Mushroom.

11. Add sweet noodle sauce, water or broth and continue to simmer.

12. Add the reserved sea bass and stir-fry.

13. Finally add the chopped green onions.

14. Stir-fry slightly.

15. Place on a plate.
