1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let stand for five minutes.

2. Add the dissolved yeast water into the flour (milk powder and lard can be added to the flour in advance and mixed evenly), stir up and down with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands, after kneading the dough into a smooth surface, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place to ferment for 40 minutes!

3. Divide the fermented dough into small round balls, then roll them into a thick dough in the middle and thin dough on the sides, then put in the custard filling (roll the filling into small round balls in advance)

4. After it is done, put it in a steamer (steam it in cold water), ferment for 15 minutes, then steam it for another 15 minutes. After turning off the heat, wait five minutes before opening the pot again!
