How to cook cantaloupe and pork

1. Remove the pulp, peel and clean the cantaloupe.

2. Wash the meat and cut it into dices about two centimeters long.

3. Add cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce and starch to the chopped meat and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Cut the cantaloupe into small pieces.

5. Cut the green pepper, red pepper and ginger into slices and cut the onion into sections.

6. Heat the pan over high heat, add oil when the pan is hot, add the meat when the oil is 70% hot, and fry the meat until golden brown and cooked through.

7. Put two spoons of light soy sauce, tomato sauce, starch, salt, sugar and some water into a small bowl and mix well.

8. Pour a little oil into the pot and add the scallion and ginger to stir-fry.

9. Add cantaloupe and stir-fry for a few times.

10. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and simmer the cantaloupe for a while.

11. When the soup becomes thick, add green and red peppers and fried meat.

12. Stir-fry evenly until the soup coats every piece of meat and it is ready to be served.

13. Serve.
