How to fry mushrooms

Food shows are very popular nowadays, and I believe you must be envious of them in front of the TV. Well, I will introduce to you a dish of fried mushrooms. You must try to make it yourself according to the steps below.

1. Wash and drain the mushrooms, remove the stems with a knife, and then make cuts on the surface of the mushrooms. The purpose of making pattern cuts is to make the dish look beautiful and to make it easier for the mushrooms to absorb the flavor. The cut mushroom stems and pieces can be used to make fried rice or stir-fried vegetables.

2. Take a food storage bag, put the cut mushrooms into the bag, and then pour an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce into the bag.

3. Then squeeze out the air in the bag, tie the bag tightly, and knead the mushrooms in the bag with your hands, so that the barbecue sauce and mushrooms can be mixed better, and then refrigerate for 1-2 hours

4. Take out the marinated mushrooms, put them on a plate and place them in a ventilated place for about 15 minutes. This will reduce the moisture of the barbecue sauce on the surface of the mushrooms and avoid splashing oil when frying them in the pan later.

5. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat it up, and add the mushrooms

6. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, then turn over and continue frying over medium heat until golden brown.
