How to make brown sugar egg custard

1. Prepare three eggs.

5. Then add 2 grams of whole milk powder and continue to stir with chopsticks until there are no particles.

6. Cover with plastic wrap, one layer. Be sure to cover with plastic wrap to prevent steam from entering.

7. Prepare to steam.

8. Cover the pot and start to boil over high heat. I use a cold water pot, and you can also put the egg bowl in after the pot boils.

9. Start counting the time from when the pot boils. It takes about 25 to 6 minutes. Maybe it’s because you’re afraid that the food won’t be cooked through, so you steam it for a little longer. (Also, after a few minutes of boiling over high heat, you can switch to medium heat and continue steaming.)

11. Garnish with green onion leaves and sprinkle with brown sugar. I like sweet food.

12. If you like spicy food, you can add hot sauce. It’s up to you.

You can eat more brown sugar egg custard in summer, but some people don’t like too cold food. You can heat it up before eating. It has very high nutritional value and can supplement various nutrients needed by the human body.
