1. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two clean bowls

2. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

5. Beat at high speed until wet foam forms; (Pull up the whisk head, and the arrow will be curved)

6. Add the remaining 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolk bowl

7. Add salad oil

8. Add milk and beat at low speed until fully blended

9. Sift in low flour

10. Stir with a whisk for a few times, then beat at low speed until completely blended.

11.Pick 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk bowl and mix well.

12. Pour the egg yolk bowl into the meringue bowl and mix quickly.

13. Pour the batter into the 8-inch chimney mold, 80% full

14. Tap the cake mold on the table a few times to shake out the bubbles.

15. Place the cake mold into the preheated oven, 160 degrees, 35 minutes, middle and lower layers, upper and lower heat
