1. Prepare the necessary ingredients (dumplings are freshly made)

2. Add appropriate amount of oil to the electric pancake rack

3. After putting the dumplings in, press the pancake button and cover the pan with a lid (do not use the lid of the electric pancake machine, as it will deform the dumplings. I use the lid of a frying pan, which is just right)

4. It is done after the dripping sound, and the bottom of the dumplings is golden brown

5. Add an appropriate amount of water (not too much water), press the pancake button again, and then cover the lid.

6. Open it after the dripping sound. The water has dried up. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and chopped green onions, cover it and simmer for one minute (the sesame seeds must be cooked here, and you can add pepper or chili according to your taste)

7. Push the dumplings to spread the sesame seeds and green onions evenly over the dumplings.

8. That's it, the bottom is golden (I'll take a few photos to show you)

9. Serve on a plate and you can eat the fragrant fried dumplings.
