How to make homemade yogurt

1. Scald the yogurt bottle with boiling water in advance, sterilize it, and then turn it upside down to drain.

2. Prepare the materials for making yogurt. The yogurt starter should be taken out of the refrigerator and allowed to warm up for 15 minutes. The yogurt bucket and stirring spoon should also be scalded with boiling water in advance.

3. First pour a box of milk into a yogurt bucket, add 80g of sugar and stir until the sugar melts, then pour in the remaining pure milk, leaving 100g in the last bottle.

4. Pour in 100g of whipped cream.

5. Add 1g of yogurt starter and stir thoroughly.

6. Prepare the yogurt bottles that have been sterilized in advance.

7. Pour the stirred yogurt into yogurt bottles and cover them with caps.

8. Add a small amount of water to the bread bucket and put in the yogurt bottle.

9. Turn on the oven and select the yogurt making function for 8 hours. When the time is up, turn off the power and leave it inside to continue fermenting for 1-2 hours before taking it out.

10. After it cools down, you can store it in the refrigerator.

11. It is as tender as tofu pudding and has a strong milky flavor.

12. It won’t flow out even if you lay it down. You can eat it with a spoon, or you can stir it a few times and then suck it with a thick straw.
