1.1 Wash the mushrooms, spread them out to dry, and chop them. If they are not dry enough, squeeze out the water by hand to prevent water from coming out when wrapping.

2.2 Season the meat filling. According to your taste, add dark soy sauce for color and light soy sauce for flavor, add a little salt and sugar, stir in one direction, and gradually add a little water until the meat filling becomes sticky. Leave it for more than half an hour

3. Place the chopped mushrooms on the minced meat, pour in sesame oil, and mix the chopped mushrooms evenly first to prevent the chopped mushrooms from releasing water when they come into contact with salt. Mix the mushrooms and meat evenly, and stir in the egg white.

4. Take a piece of skin and put it on your hand. Put a proper amount of meat filling in one corner of the skin. Fold it twice, put the right corner of the skin on the left corner, pinch it tightly, and spread it on the board.

5. After boiling water, pour in wontons and seaweed. While the wontons are cooking, prepare the soup. It would be best if you have broth, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t have it. According to your own taste, put a little pickled mustard, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and sesame oil in the bottom of the bowl. After the wontons are cooked, turn down the heat and cover and cook for 30 seconds. Pour the wontons with the soup into the bowl with the seasonings, and stir the seasonings slightly.
