5-minute pan-baked fish recipe

The 5-minute pan-baked fish method is simple and allows people to enjoy delicious food while maintaining their health.

1. Wash the fish, cut it into large pieces, apply salt, cooking wine and mix in ginger. Marinate for more than 2 hours. Then put it in a net basin and place it on the balcony to dry. It will be ready in about an hour. When placing a balcony, you should cover it with a mesh cover to prevent insects from being attracted.

2. Heat the electric baking pan, add appropriate amount of corn oil and spread it evenly. When the oil is hot, add the fish pieces and spread them out.

3. Then sprinkle cumin powder evenly. Cover the other half of the baking pan and bake for 3 minutes.

4. When the time is up, turn the fish over. Flip carefully with a wooden spatula.

5. Cover the other half of the baking pan and bake for another 2 minutes. When the time is up, unplug the plug or turn off the electric baking maker. Use the residual heat to simmer and bake for another 2-3 minutes. Of course, you can also serve it immediately.
