How to make orange-flavored shachima

1. Prepare the raw materials.

2. Add eggs, yeast powder and baking soda to the flour.

3. Knead the dough and frost it with sugar for fifteen minutes.

4. Place it on the panel and roll it into a thin skin.

5. To prevent sticking, sprinkle with flour and cut into long strips.

6. Then stack them together.

7. Cut into strips with a knife.

8. Heat oil in a pan. (Put chopsticks in the pot and try it. Bubbles indicate the oil is hot.)

9. Add the noodles and fry until they float to the surface. Continue frying for about one minute. Remove from oil and drain.

10.Put it in a bowl and add sesame seeds.

11. Pour out the oil in the pot and add sugar and water.

12. Brush oil into the container and add orange peel and sesame seeds.

13. Cook over medium heat until the sugar in the pot becomes sticky, add honey and mix well.

14. Then pour in the fried noodles over low heat and stir-fry evenly.

15. After frying, pour into a container, cover with plastic wrap, press it down with your hands, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
