How to cook sea bass in soup

1. Kill a fresh sea bass, clean and set aside

2. Separate the fish bones and fish meat

3. Cut the fish into fillets and set aside

4. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to the fish fillet and mix well to marinate

5. Cut ginger into slices and set aside

6. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot and heat it. Add ginger and fish bones.

7. Pour in an appropriate amount of liquor

8. Add appropriate amount of water and scallion knots to stew the soup

9. Prepare chili, coriander and onion for stewing soup

10. Wash and cut into pieces for later use

11. Stew the fish soup into a milky white color

12. Take out the fish head, bones and green onions

13. After the soup boils, add the fish slices and chili and cook for two minutes.

14. Add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning

15. Finally, add coriander and chopped green onion

16. Turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.
