Lamb Tripe

In normal times, we should pay attention to our daily diet. Only by eating well can we have a good body and what we have will be meaningful. Some people may think that cooking is really troublesome. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that allow us to taste delicious food in a very short time. For example, the method of cooking lamb tri-tip is very simple.

1. Put the flour in a bowl and soften it with warm water until it can be pulled up with chopsticks. Then knead it into a round shape, cover it with a fresh-keeping bag and set it aside to relax for more than an hour (the water temperature for kneading the dough should be between 50 and 60 degrees, and the water temperature should be higher when it is cold)

2. Now prepare the mutton filling, chopped green onion, minced ginger and a beaten egg.

3. Use another clean bowl to put the yellow bean paste and soy sauce into the bowl, dilute the yellow bean paste with sesame oil, add chopped green onion and minced ginger and mix well.

4. Add the chopped mutton filling and mix well

5. Then add the egg liquid and beat clockwise.

6. Add the remaining chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt and white pepper.

7. Mix well and set aside to allow the meat filling to fully moisturize for a while

8. When the dough is relaxed, divide it into several pieces and knead them into round shapes.

9. Roll it out with a rolling pin, cut a hole on one side, and put the mutton stuffing in, leaving one corner unfilled.

10. Fold the corner without meat filling up, and repeat four times.

12. Knead one side to prevent the filling from leaking

13. Press the meat into a triangular shape with your hands (make sure the front and back sides are the same thickness) and put it in the preheated baking pan. Cover and bake over low heat.

14. Bake until both sides are golden brown.

15. Cut into pieces and enjoy the crispy pork tri-tip

Not having time to cook is a problem faced by many office workers. Learning simple cooking can solve this problem. The dish of lamb and pork belly only takes a dozen minutes to cook. Just add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to enhance the color before serving.
