It was developed by Jiang Zhiliang, a merchant in the Ming Dynasty, and has a history of more than 600 years. It is as famous as mandarin oranges and clay stoves, and is known as one of the "Three Treasures of Nanfeng".

Bean curd skin is a kind of food ingredient discovered and produced by rural families in Guizhou and Henan provinces. Bean curd skin is produced using traditional techniques, with only high-quality soybeans and water as raw materials, so it is a natural and delicious green food.

The method of making tofu skin is to grind soybeans into soy milk, and then use a thin rope to scrape the thin layer of soybean oil on the top of the soy milk to get a piece of tofu skin. The obtained tofu skin can then be dried in the sun.

Ingredients for making cold bean curd skin:

85g bean curd skin, 50g carrot, 2 celery, 3 cloves of garlic, some balsamic vinegar, some sesame oil, some salt, some seasoning water, some chili oil, a little sugar

Steps for making cold bean curd skin:

Step 1: Rinse the soybean oil skin.

Step 2: Cut into strips.

Step 3: Chop the celery into sections.

Step 4: Chop the carrots into shreds.

Step 5: Add a little seasoning water to the boiling water in the pot, put in the bean curd skin and bring to a boil again.

Step 6: Put shredded carrots into boiling water and bring to a boil, then add celery segments and bring to a boil again.

Step 7: Chop the garlic.

Step 8: Add balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, salt, sugar, chili oil and seasoning water to the bowl of minced garlic and prepare the sauce.

Step 9: Put bean curd skin, celery and carrot into a container, pour in the sauce and mix well.
