1. Beat the eggs into a bowl and prepare about 120 grams of warm water.

2. Add appropriate amount of salt to the eggs and beat them with chopsticks. (Add salt according to your taste)

3. Add warm water and continue to beat evenly.

4. Filter through a sieve.

5. Filter the egg liquid.

6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and it is best to cover the bottom of the bowl as well.

7. Add a small amount of water into the pressure cooker (enough water to cover the bottom of the pot) and place the bowl into the pot.

8. I used the steam fish button for seven minutes.

9. After steaming, wait for five minutes before opening the lid, taking out the egg custard and removing the plastic wrap.
