12.2 Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, put the baking tray in the middle layer, and bake for about 20-25 minutes

13.1 Add about 20g of fine sugar to the egg yolk and beat until the color becomes lighter.

21. Sieve the egg yolk paste into the whipped cream

22. Mix well and set aside

23. Take the corresponding mold. Put the cooled cake into the mold (cut off the excess)

24. Wash the strawberries and cut off the head and tail, leaving the middle part

25. Pour half of the prepared mousse paste into the mold, put it in the refrigerator until the surface is slightly solidified, take it out, and place the cut strawberries in the middle of the mousse paste.

26. Pour the remaining mousse paste into the mold and cover the remaining cake body on the mousse paste.

27. Put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. When it is done, turn it upside down and remove it from the mold.
