How to make crispy honey duck legs

4. Take out the duck meat and remove the plastic wrap. The duck meat is now well-seasoned.

5. Heat the pan, add peanut oil, turn to medium heat when the oil is hot, and fry the duck legs until both sides are golden brown.

6. Pour the remaining seasonings in the container for marinating duck legs into the pot, add warm water and honey, until the water level covers the duck legs, and simmer over medium heat for about 45 minutes.

7. During the stewing process, you can use chopsticks to check whether it is cooked through. Keep an eye on the soup in the pot to prevent it from sticking. Turn it over once during the stewing process.

8. Turn off the heat when there is only a little soup left but it is not dry.

9. Take out the duck legs, wash the pot, reheat the pot, add a little peanut oil, use a brush to evenly apply a layer of peanut oil and honey mixture on the duck legs, and fry over low heat.

10. Use chopsticks to hold the duck legs and fry the parts that cannot be fried. Fry until both sides are golden and shiny, then stop cooking.

11. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
