How to make hamburger steak

4. Apply a little oil on your hands, shape the hamburger patties, pat them gently, flatten them and place them on baking paper. Put them in the refrigerator for a while.

5. After heating the frying pan, pour a little oil, put in the hamburger patties, fry on medium heat for 1 and a half minutes, turn over and fry for another minute, then turn to low heat, cover the pan and fry for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes to allow the meat to cook through.

6. Place the hamburger patties on a plate. If there is too much fat in the pan, pour out some of it. Then pour in the wine and bring to a boil. Add mashed onion, mashed garlic, soy sauce, tomato sauce, mirin, vinegar and water. Simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally, add black pepper and cream and the sauce is ready.

7. Pour the sauce on the hamburger patties and serve with some vegetables.
