A thriving approach

Good health requires us to take good care of it on a daily basis. A healthy diet can keep us in good health. It is relatively healthy to go to the market to buy some vegetables and cook them yourself. The method of making steamed buns is actually very simple and is worth recommending to people who value their health.

1. Cut the ingredients: cut the pork belly into large pieces, chop the chicken into small pieces, chop the fish into cubes, wash and set aside, cut the ginger into two pieces

2. Marinate the fish first: use appropriate amount of minced ginger, salt, pepper, a spoonful of chopped pepper, a spoonful of peanut oil, and a spoonful of high-proof liquor and mix well (don’t use light soy sauce to marinate the fish, the color will not look good)

3. Marinate the chicken and pork belly: add appropriate amount of minced ginger, soy sauce, pepper powder, and red fermented bean curd and mix well (no need for wine and salt, the saltiness is enough, adjust according to the amount of ingredients)

4. Mix well, cover and marinate for more than 2 hours (it is best to prepare it the night before so that the flavor is more fully absorbed)

5. When the time is almost up, cut the lotus root into dices, add salt and soy sauce to taste for ten minutes.

6. Before steaming, add steamed meat rice noodles (I have uploaded the method of making rice noodles), chicken, meat, and fish in order (a thin layer is enough, the dryness and wetness are just right after steaming)

7. Put the lotus root into the steamer first (if the steamer hole is large, put a cloth on it)

8. Add the chicken pieces and finally cover with the pork belly (the blank space on the side is for the fish pieces)

9. Bring to a boil over high heat and steam, then turn to medium heat and steam for 40 to 50 minutes. When the chicken is boneless and the lotus root is soft, open the lid and add the fish pieces. Steam for another 10 minutes.

10. After steaming, turn off the heat, take an open large bowl, put the fish pieces in first, spread a layer on the bottom of the bowl, put a circle of chicken pieces on the edge, and then put a circle of pork belly

11. Finally fill it with the remaining ingredients and lotus root

12. Press it down slightly and put it on a large plate, turn it over, and sprinkle with chopped green onions (the step of cutting green onions is not photographed)
