In modern life, people are increasingly relying on TCM, because TCM is a traditional medical skill that has unique treatments for various diseases and is very effective, generally curing the disease. There are many traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, among which Sini Tang is a very popular conditioning decoction. However, who should not drink Sini Tang? Let’s take a look at the explanation below. Sini Decoction originated from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" by Zhang Zhongjing, a famous doctor in the Han Dynasty. The so-called small dose of Sini Decoction is: 15 grams of processed aconite root, 25 grams of dried ginger, and 35 grams of roasted licorice. The medicinal effect is very good. Facial allergies, fatty liver, poor sleep and other problems have all been cured, and I feel full of energy and relaxed. Preparation of Sini Decoction: Add the above three ingredients, aconite and licorice to water and boil them twice, the first time for 2 hours and the second time for 1.5 hours. Combine the decoctions and filter. Steam distill dry ginger to extract volatile oil, and store it in another container. Add water to the ginger residue and boil it for 1 hour. Combine the decoction with the solution of volatile oil separated by distillation, filter, and then combine it with the decoction of aconite and liquorice, concentrate to about 400ml, cool, add 1200ml of ethanol, stir well, let stand for 24 hours, filter, and concentrate under reduced pressure to a thick paste, dilute with appropriate amount of water, refrigerate for 24 hours, filter, add 300ml of monosaccharide syrup, appropriate amount of preservatives and the above volatile oil, add water to 1000ml, stir well, fill, and seal. Analysis of medicinal properties: In the prescription, aconite is pungent, sweet and very hot, it moves but does not stay, it can warm the kidney and strengthen yang to dispel cold and rescue adverse conditions, and it can pass through the twelve meridians and invigorate the yang of the whole body. If used raw, the effect of expelling yin and returning yang is faster, so it is the main medicine; dried ginger is pungent and warm, it stays but does not rescue adverse conditions, and it can pass through the twelve meridians and invigorate the yang of the whole body. When combined with aconite, it can enhance the effect of returning yang, so it is the minister medicine; licorice is sweet and mild, it harmonizes the middle and relieves urgency, warms and nourishes yang, and can alleviate the dryness and heat of ginger and aconite, so it is the adjuvant. The three medicines are used together with special effects and can restore yang and rescue the patient from adverse condition. People who should not use this prescription: This prescription is used to treat Yang deficiency and Yin excess. It should not be used if the patient suffers from true heat and false cold. For those who have red face, irritability and other symptoms of real cold and false heat due to excessive cold suppressing the yang outside the body, the hot soup can be taken cold to prevent it from being rejected. |
