Salt and pepper grilled prawns

1. Clean the prawns and cut off the tentacles

2. Prepare a little salt, peppercorns, ginger, onions, and red peppers.

3. Heat the pan, turn to the lowest heat, add the peppercorns and fry until fragrant, then add a little salt and fry together.

4. Use seasoning to crush the peppercorns into small pieces.

5. Chop green onion and pepper

6. Cut the connection between the head and tail of the prawn, open the back, and pick out the shrimp intestines. Add a few drops of white wine to marinate the shrimp

7. Place the shrimp on a plate (use a microwave-safe ceramic plate) and use a little ginger and scallion to spread out the shrimp meat.

8. Put it in the microwave and bake it on high heat for 1 minute, then take it out, dry the excess water with kitchen paper, and remove the ginger slices and scallion segments.

9. Add a little pepper and salt

10. Put it back into the microwave and bake it on high heat for 1 minute before taking it out

11. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pepper for decoration and add a few drops of peanut oil. Microwave for 1 minute

12. Serve
