6. Prepare 175 grams of rice flour and 35 grams of glutinous rice flour.

8. Mix the flour and grass head together and knead them into a ball.

9. Then pinch the dough into small pieces and place them on the steamer. After the water boils, steam them for about 3 minutes.

10. After steaming, wait for the dough to cool down a little. When it is no longer hot to the touch, pour malt powder into the dough little by little and knead it into dough.

11. Divide the dough into 12 portions.

12. Prepare the filling and divide the red bean paste into 12 portions.

13. Use a small piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, flatten it, put a piece of red bean paste in the middle, and wrap the red bean paste like a dumpling.

14. Then flatten the dough and one is done.

15. Make the dough pieces one by one and place them on a plate.

16. Heat oil in a frying pan, put the sprouted wheat pancake in it and fry both sides until slightly charred.

17. Put a bowl of water in another pot and add appropriate amount of sugar and cook until it becomes thick.

18. Pour sugar water on the sprouted wheat cake, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and add a few wolfberries for decoration.

When making the malt pancake dish, you must pay attention to the heat, otherwise the dish will be burnt and affect the taste, and the visual effect will also be bad.
