How to stew chicken

1. Wash and set aside a firewood chicken

3. Chop the chicken into pieces and put it in cold water to drain the blood. Wash it and put it in appropriate amount of cold water.

5. Put it in the casserole with boiling water, and boil it again until there is a little foam on the surface.

6. Add cooking wine and stir to remove the fishy smell of the chicken

7. Then add dark soy sauce and salt, onion, ginger, garlic and seasoning box, cover the pot and simmer on low heat for one and a half hours (calculate the time from low heat) until it is cooked.

8. Serve in a bowl while hot and enjoy the delicious stewed chicken
