1.Main ingredients: 2 pieces of pork tenderloin (400g) Seasoning: 10ml cooking wine, 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce.

4. Add cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

7. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and put the marinated tenderloin in. Add 1 forkful of honey to the excess sauce and mix well. Brush a layer of honey on the surface of the meat.

8. Preheat the oven and bake at 210 degrees on the middle layer for 20 minutes.

9. Take it out, turn it over, brush it with another layer of honey, and bake for another 20 minutes.
