Roast Australian beef with seasonal vegetables

2.1 Wash onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic and set aside. Cut into small pieces if necessary.

4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and add beef, vegetables, garlic, and chopped rosemary.

5. Pour the black vinegar mustard sauce on top and mix well

6. Finally, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, mix well, and bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes
