How to make anti-sand taro

Do you often eat out and worry about the high oil content and unhealthy eating habits? It is better to cook by yourself, which is a simple dish of taro, which can be made by just stir-frying. 1. Peel and wash the taro.

2. First cut it in half, then cut it into 1.5 cm thick slices, and then cut it into 3 cm wide strips. Just throw away the broken corners.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, insert a bamboo chopstick and wait for small bubbles to appear around it.

4. Pour in the taro strips and fry over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

5. Keep stirring the taro strips in the pot to ensure even heating. When the taro strips are cooked, remove from the pot and drain the oil.

6. The fried taro is as shown in the picture. Pour out the oil in the pot, there should be no leftover oil in the pot.

7. The ratio of water to sugar is 1.:2.

8. Stir well and start cooking the syrup over medium heat.

9. Bring sugar and water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the syrup, stirring constantly, until the foam in the syrup becomes smaller, becomes thick and changes color slightly.

10. Put the fried taro strips into the pan and mix well until they are coated with syrup, then turn off the heat immediately.

11. Stir-fry quickly until white frost appears on the outer edge of the taro strips, then serve.

Eating well is a prerequisite for maintaining health. Although the method of making sweet potato is simple, it is delicious and healthy, and is a common delicacy on the table.
