It can double the nutrition. Eating it regularly can nourish the kidneys, beautify the skin and fight aging.

1. Wash the okra purchased from the supermarket or vegetable market with clean water and set aside; put more water in the pot and boil the water over high heat. After the water boils, pour the freshly washed okra into the boiling water, add a small spoonful of salt, and stir the water with a spoon to make the salt completely dissolved in the water. Blanch the okra in salt water for three minutes, then remove from the water and place on a plate.

2. Immediately put the okra under the faucet and rinse it with cold water to keep the okra crisp. After rinsing with cold water, use a knife to cut off the roots and tips of the okra, then cut the okra into small pieces and place them on a plate for later use.

3. Find an empty plate, peel some garlic, then flatten the garlic with the blade of a knife and put it in a bowl for later use. Then cut some shredded ginger and onion, and finally use a knife to cut the red pepper into small circles and put it in the plate for later use.

4. Find a clean container, beat in the eggs, add a little salt and lemon juice, and then stir them quickly with chopsticks. Wash the pot with clean water, then boil the water in the pot over high heat, then change to medium heat, pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, and when the oil is heated to 80% to 90% hot, pour the freshly beaten egg liquid into the pot, gently turn the pot to solidify the egg liquid. After the eggs solidify, quickly fry the eggs and place them on a plate for later use.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot again. When the oil is one-third hot, pour the seasonings just prepared in the plate into the pot and stir-fry evenly. After sautéing, pour the previously cut okra into the pot and stir-fry together so that they can be stir-fried and tasty.

6. When the okra is stir-fried with seasonings, pour in the previously fried eggs and an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, and then you can serve!
