How to make four-color crispy cake

The method of making four-color crispy cake is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

13. This pot contains cooked mung bean flour, glutinous rice flour, powdered sugar and a little salt, which are also sifted.

14. Pour in the boiled corn oil and sesame oil and mix well with chopsticks. Then slowly add milk and rub it into powder with your hands.

15.This is a newly recovered mold. It says it's for pressing eggs, but the eggs at home are too small (free-range eggs) to be pressed into shape, so I'm using it as a mold now.

16. Use a small spoon to put the prepared rose powder into the mold and compact it.

17. There are also LOVE heart-shaped cookie molds (with plastic wrap as the base) and star-shaped molds.

18. After compacting, turn it over. Isn’t it beautiful?
