1. Prepare half a bowl of flour and an egg. I use a disposable one with a rim, so it won't drip everywhere when I pour it.

2. Grate the carrots with a grater, chop them into small pieces, add eggs to the flour, add salt, chopped green onions, you can add a little more chopped green onions, this is all I have left at home

3. Add water and stir. Add water slowly until it is neither too thin nor too thick. It should be to the extent that the flour sticks to the chopsticks and falls off very slowly. Stir more. It will taste better if it is strong.

4. Pour oil into the pan and turn on medium-low heat

5. Pour one-third of the batter into the side without oil. The handle of my pan was broken, so I put a towel under it and slowly poured it to one side. Then I lifted the pan and shook it slowly to fry all the pancakes.

6. Fry one side until it is golden brown, then turn it over and fry the other side. I use chopsticks to do this because we use spoons to cook at home, and we don’t have spatulas, so we can only use chopsticks.

7. Fry both sides until golden brown and place on a plate. I fried three pieces with half a bowl of flour. Here is the finished product.
